This is a leadership role at a Kory Family McDonald’s Franchise, an organization established by Gary Kory in 1985 and now co-operated by Nick Kory. The TL;DR
• Location: In-person
• Pay: Up to $19.50 hourly (starting wage)
• Team: Reports to the General Manager and leads the restaurant team.
• Mission: Lead the daily restaurant team to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Leadership: Take charge of the restaurant team’s daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
• Customer Experience: Uphold the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction by ensuring every visitor receives a fast, accurate, and consistently friendly experience.
• System Oversight: Proactively manage and maintain critical restaurant systems, including the oversight of Training programs, adherence to Food Safety standards, and effective Inventory Management.
• Team Management: Effectively lead and motivate the team by setting clear goals, delegating tasks appropriately, and diligently following up on performance to drive desired outcomes.
• GM Support & Coverage: Provide essential support to the General Manager, including reporting comprehensive operational results and acting as the primary point of contact for all restaurant matters during the General Manager’s absence or vacation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a managerial level role, preferably within a fast-paced restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a management position within this family-owned and operated organization.
• Experience: Previous managerial experience is highly preferred, with ideal candidates having worked in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting where they developed leadership capabilities.
• Skills:
* Demonstrated capability in managing assigned operational systems, such as comprehensive Training programs, stringent Food Safety protocols, and efficient Inventory Management.
* A strong ability to define clear goals for a team, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain accountability.
* Proficiency in actively following up on team and individual performance, coupled with the ability to accurately report results to senior management.
