Position Title: Asset Management Intern

Position Overview:
This internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience in asset management, with a strong emphasis on direct client interaction and building professional relationships. Interns will have the opportunity to develop crucial skills in communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. They will contribute to and support teams that specialize in delivering investment advice, comprehensive retirement planning, and various trust services. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Position Responsibilities:
• Perform or assist in the core activities of the asset management group, applying learned knowledge to contribute directly to business outcomes. This may include supporting various functions such as deal execution, sales initiatives, process improvements, engaging in internal or external customer interactions, or assisting with internal projects.
• Actively participate in social learning opportunities within the organization, which involves identifying and networking with business representatives and peers, engaging in mentoring relationships, participating in job shadowing experiences, and contributing to community outreach initiatives.

Position Requirements:
• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Human Resources (HR), Management, Communications, Business, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, and/or Actuarial Sciences.
• A minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.2 is required.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship from the company.

Salary:
The pay range for this internship position is between $18 and $35 per hour.
