The intern will assist with essential tasks such as monthly closing processes and account reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Scrutinize fixed assets activity to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop: Plan and create various analyses and reports using tools like Excel, Oracle, or PowerPlan.
• Collaborate: Work with operational and financial employees to efficiently gather necessary financial information.
• Support: Provide direct assistance in the timely and accurate completion of the monthly closing process.
• Reconcile: Prepare journal entries and complete balance sheet reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level intern pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, currently enrolled full-time (at least 12 credit hours). A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience is stated, but practical knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel is necessary.
• Skills: Demonstrated excellent computer skills, with proven proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
