The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational graduate program at Baker Hughes, an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide. What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations: Complete assignments in areas such as commercial finance, supply chain finance, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and investor relations.
• Development: Participate in structured career development activities, receiving active coaching and mentoring.
• Projects: Contribute to business outcomes by delivering assigned projects.
• Networking: Interact with peers and global Finance leaders to gain exposure and support for assignments.
• Problem-Solving: Solve critical international business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related business field.
• Experience: Have completed your most recent degree within the last 24 months, with a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher, or equivalent.
• Skills: Be fluent in English (written and spoken) with effective communication skills, demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and exhibit a continuous learning mindset, accountability, and integrity within a collaborative team.
• US Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and maintain work authorization without requiring sponsorship, now or in the future.
