About The Role

Join Ace Handyman Services West Charlotte as a Full-Time Artisan – Part-Time, where your skills can shine! We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about home improvement and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment.

This is a remote position, offering flexibility while serving the local community.

Compensation: $2,500.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of handyman tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients, fostering repeat and referral business.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on all job sites.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations on all job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in estimating project costs and materials needed, contributing to accurate project planning.
• Continuously improve skills through training and development opportunities, staying current with industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in handyman services or a related field, demonstrating a strong skill set.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential for traveling to various job sites.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing tasks autonomously while collaborating when needed.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in home improvement, prioritizing safety on all projects.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends, to meet client needs and project demands.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, embracing continuous improvement.
