Join Ace Handyman Services West Charlotte as a Full-Time Artisan – Part-Time, where your skills can shine! We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about home improvement and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment. This is a remote position, offering flexibility while delivering top-tier home repair and improvement services.

You will be a vital part of a team whose 800+ Craftsmen are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. Our Craftsmen are not only skilled and experienced in many trades but are also renowned for their professionalism and attention to detail, setting them apart in the industry.

Most projects come from Repeat and Referral Customers who truly appreciate our high level of service and often request specific Craftsmen by name. If you take great pride in your skills and abilities and wish to join a proven, winning TEAM, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of handyman tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients, fostering repeat and referral business.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on all job sites.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and regulations on all job sites to ensure a secure working environment.
• Assist in accurately estimating project costs and materials needed for various jobs.
• Continuously improve skills through ongoing training and development opportunities provided by the company.

Requirements

• Proven experience in handyman services or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in various trades.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential for traveling to various job sites.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently, managing tasks efficiently, and also collaboratively as part of a team.
• Thorough knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in home improvement to ensure a safe work environment.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends, to meet client needs and project demands.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and evolving industry techniques.
