About the Company:
The Organization Development & Talent Solutions (OTS) team supports the development of cast member leadership abilities, business acumen, and careers. Job Description:
This is a trainee program lasting up to six months. The program focuses on strengthening and acquiring technical and professional skills through hands-on experience. Trainees will work with diverse Disney cast members and professionals and receive support and guidance from the team.
The specific tasks within this traineeship include:
• Support in creating brand character artwork: This encompasses work for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel, 20th Century Studios, and National Geographic brands.
• Partial coloring assistance: Supporting the coloring process of existing artwork.
• Support in creating icon art: Assisting with the design and creation of icons.
• Generating ideas for new art development: Contributing creative input for new art projects.
• Assisting with digital artwork creation using Illustrator: Supporting the creation of digital artwork using Adobe Illustrator software.
• Assisting with digital artwork creation using Photoshop: Supporting the creation of digital artwork using Adobe Photoshop software.
• Gathering and creating various materials: Researching and preparing necessary documents and resources.
Essential Requirements:
• Proficiency in art creation using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Clip Studio Paint.
• Demonstrated understanding of workplace etiquette and professional courtesy.
• A minimum commitment of three days per week, working either on-site or remotely, within a 20-hour per week schedule.
