The Tone:
This is a full-time, entry-level role at Amazon, located in operations buildings across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. Amazon builds and manages a vast global supply chain, ensuring timely delivery for customers worldwide. In this role, you will be a frontline leader, vital to developing and motivating teams within Amazon’s fulfillment, sort, and delivery network, directly impacting customer satisfaction.

• Pay: $65200–$85000 yearly
• Team: Leading a team of 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates within an operations building.
• Mission: Engage, lead, and develop a team of hourly employees to meet operational goals and maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead and mentor: Support, mentor, and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates in a warehouse environment.
• Manage operations: Work independently and operate autonomously to manage daily team activities.
• Ensure team success: Provide necessary tools and guidance to maintain high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
• Adapt to schedule: Work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs, typically a fixed 4-day week.
• Oversee logistics: Oversee truck deliveries, handle and sort packages, and operate equipment as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with all requirements completed between May 2024 and August 2026.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required for this entry-level position.
• Skills: Verbal and written communication; Customer service; Interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Academic background in Supply Chain, Business/Management, or Engineering or another related field.
