What You’ll Actually Do
• Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm delivery and pickup appointments.
• Dock Logistics: Coordinate dock schedules and warehouse availability.
• Communication Hub: Communicate with clients, drivers, and internal teams regarding timing and logistics.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate scheduling records and updates.
• Operational Adjustments: Adjust schedules as needed to support operational efficiency.

• Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Entry-level role requiring reliable attendance in an operational environment.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling systems, data entry), ability to multitask, and professional demeanor.
