The Applied AI Summer Scholar Role
This specific role focuses on Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions within the Government and Public Services practice. As an Applied AI Summer Scholar, you will be responsible for:
• Architecting, developing, and deploying enterprise AI solutions including Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, Machine Learning, and Cognitive Science applications.
• Conducting data studies and data discovery routines for various data sources including video, voice, weblog, sensor, machine, and social media data.
• Collaborating with diverse teams to deliver effective solutions for clients.
• Developing your skills and knowledge through formal training and mentorship opportunities.
Qualifications for the Applied AI Summer Scholar Role
To be considered for this role, you must:
• Be currently enrolled in a full-time academic program with a target graduation date by August 2026 or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied AI, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Possess a strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.4 cumulative GPA preferred).
• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
• Be able to travel up to 50% on average, depending on your work and the clients you serve.
• Live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (e.g., 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date.
