What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Guide large, complex antitrust litigations for one of the Firm’s largest clients.
• Oversee: Manage complex antitrust investigations and regulatory matters for a key client.
• Support: Assist with FTC and DOJ matters and Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) premerger filings.
• Coordinate: Provide essential support for high-stakes litigation activities through trial.
• Manage: Handle document collection, review, production, and privilege logs for complex antitrust investigations and second requests.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree. Career level: Manager. Core domain knowledge: Antitrust litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.
• Experience: 7–10+ years of experience as a paralegal or case manager, preferably within an Am Law 100 firm or an antitrust practice. Must possess a stable, proven track record supporting complex antitrust investigations and second requests, including document collection, review, production, and privilege logs.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Bonus: ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate.
