Program Overview:
• Duration: The internship is a ten-week professional development program, scheduled for Summer 2026.
• Purpose: It provides participants with an overview of Wells Fargo, offering a high-level understanding of the company’s operations, business strategies, and organizational culture.
• Experience Components: The program is designed to provide undergraduate candidates with a blend of business and professional developmental training opportunities, incorporating real-world experiences to prepare them for a career at Wells Fargo. Key elements include:
• Relationship building.
• Relevant work assignments.
• Coaching and feedback sessions.
• Group projects.
• Informative learning sessions with key leaders in the analytics ecosystem.
• Placement: Interns will be placed on one of Wells Fargo’s analytics or data management teams, with consideration given to the intern’s location, degree, and expressed areas of interest where possible.
In This Role You Will:
• Gain On-the-Job Experience: Interns will begin to build their analytical and interpersonal communication skills by:
• Analyzing and translating data into usable concepts for effective data-driven business decisioning.
• Actively participating in their team’s day-to-day activities.
• Receive Professional Support: Interns will benefit from:
• Being matched with a colleague who will provide answers, support through challenging situations, and feedback throughout the summer.
• Support from a program manager and a functional cohort.
• Benefit from a Virtual Speaker Series: Wells Fargo’s top leaders will provide insights into maximizing the summer experience, share their career paths, offer tips and advice, and discuss trends in the financial and functional spaces they serve.
• Take Part in Organization Networking Activities: The program promotes community involvement and networking, allowing interns to:
• Connect with other summer interns and full-time analysts across various programs.

Required Qualifications:
• 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Analytics, Applied Math, Computer Sciences, Data Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Physics, Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis or related fields.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities such as volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), or non-profit involvement.
• Proven ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a collaborative, change-driven atmosphere.
• Energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative, acts with urgency, remains curious, and has a genuine interest in learning and growth.
• Demonstrated knowledge, interest, and/or familiarity with:
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
• Programming languages such as SQL, Python, SAS.
• Analytics, research, statistics, data modeling, and/or data management.
Program Locations:
• Primary location: Charlotte, NC.
• Limited opportunities based on business need in: Minneapolis, MN, Dallas, TX, Des Moines, IA.
Pay Range:
• The specific pay for this internship is $40.87 per hour across all listed locations (Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX; Des Moines, IA).
• *Note: A broader pay range of $18.00 – $65.00 is also stated, but the internship-specific pay is clearly defined at $40.87.•
Eligibility:
