Job Description – Analyst
This role is for an Analyst who will work on a fast-paced project supporting a high-priority Department of Defense program. This position will provide comprehensive support, ensuring the smooth operation of program activities by effectively managing tasks, schedules, and administrative needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain complex schedules for key program leaders, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and adherence to critical deadlines.
• Track deadlines, action items, and follow-up tasks for various meetings and initiatives.
• Provide clear and concise daily and weekly updates on the program’s schedule, priorities, and commitments.
• Utilize advanced task management tools to efficiently assign tasks, track progress, collect information, and compile data.
• Prepare documents and presentations for the program, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Obtain approvals in a timely manner while keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and potential roadblocks.
• Provide proactive and resourceful support with administrative and personnel duties, anticipating needs and taking initiative.
• Gather necessary materials and prepare comprehensive agendas for meetings.
• Take detailed and accurate minutes, capturing key decisions, action items, and next steps.
• Review, edit, and update operational instructions, tasks, records, correspondence, and presentations.
• Maintain clear, professional, and courteous communication with supervisors, colleagues, and external contacts.
• Effectively manage communication flow within the program, ensuring timely information exchange and seamless collaboration.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Associate’s degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative office environment
Preferred:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
Wage Range:
• A reasonable estimate of the current range is $114,000 to $190,000.
This range takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
