The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Hilton, located at our corporate office in Memphis, TN. You will join a critical Finance Team responsible for managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. This Analyst PTP role specifically focuses on governance, reporting of purchasing system integrations, data analytics, and vendor compliance within the Accounts Payable team, ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of financial processes across corporate and hotel operations.

• Mission: This person focuses on governance, reporting of purchasing system integrations, data analytics, and vendor compliance, working with a Shared Service provider for hotel and corporate operations.
• Tech Stack: PeopleSoft, Coupa, SAP, Ariba, MS Excel

What You’ll Actually Do
• System Management: Perform accounts payable system-related activities and report on electronic interfaces from purchasing systems.
• Data Integrity: Review supplier integration and ensure supplier portal data is maintained and updated accurately.
• Oversight: Monitor outsourcing provider updates to invoices and suppliers, ensuring they are performed.
• Reporting: Provide analytical and dashboard reporting to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support: Monitor and respond to open cases or tickets relating to inquiries or service requests, resolving exceptions requiring additional review from the outsourcing provider.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of high-volume accounts payable processes or experience in data analytics.
• Experience: One (1) year of experience in high-volume accounts payable or in data analytics. Required experience includes working with PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems, and with integrated purchasing systems such as Coupa, SAP, or Ariba.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, specifically demonstrating ability with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
