Finance Analyst – Global Business Services | Graphic Packaging International
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Graphic Packaging International, supporting global operations. Graphic Packaging International is a leading manufacturer of paperboard and paper-based packaging for recognized brands in food, beverage, and personal care. This position is vital to the centralized Global Business Services (GBS) team by providing essential financial analysis and reporting on working capital and cash flow, contributing to overall business performance and operational efficiency. The role supports decision-making and continuous improvement across financial operations.

• Mission: Deliver analysis and reporting on working capital, cash flow, and other key financial drivers to support business decision-making and GBS operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes, understanding their impact on GBS operations, working capital, and cash flow performance.
• Prepare and deliver regular analyses and reports on working capital, cash flow, and other key financial metrics to support business decision-making.
• Support forecasting and KPI tracking by analyzing trends, identifying variances, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AP/AR teams and cross-functional partners to understand business drivers, improve data transparency, and enhance end-to-end processes.
• Leverage emerging technologies, such as automation tools, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence, to improve data processing, enhance forecast accuracy, and streamline reporting activities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. This role requires foundational knowledge of accounting management theory, methods, principles, and practices, including GAAP.
• Experience: Three to six years of progressively more responsible experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and/or fiscal management. Experience leading and working in a diverse, changing, and growing business environment.
• Skills: Excellent analytical skills, advanced Microsoft Office skills, advanced organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and accuracy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a self-motivated and directed approach.
• Bonus: SAP experience.
