• Mission: This person will solve technical problems for clients, supporting production applications and implementations to ensure optimal operation of financial applications.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management: Analyze, manipulate, map, and load data into SQL databases to support client needs.
• Client Communication: Communicate professionally with clients regarding support requests, timelines, and issue resolution updates.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot application and production support issues to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Support Ticketing: Respond to and track support tickets through platforms such as Zendesk, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Documentation: Assist with maintaining internal documentation, knowledge bases, and user guides to support team and client understanding.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An entry-level professional with up to 2 years of experience who enjoys solving technical problems and learning how financial applications operate.
• Experience: Up to 2 years of experience, particularly in roles involving direct client interaction and support for financial or technical applications.
• Skills: Strong SQL knowledge (including writing queries, data manipulation, stored procedures, T-SQL basics, and debugging data issues); Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Interest in financial technology, treasury management, or financial systems.
