Senior Go-to-Market Development Analyst | PepsiCo

What You’ll Actually Do
• Identify opportunities: Identify growth and efficiency opportunities in go-to-market strategies through structured analyses of market, customers, and channels.
• Connect strategy to execution: Bridge strategic planning with execution by working directly with internal areas and the commercial sales team.
• Develop business cases: Construct comprehensive business and financial analyses for business cases to evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Drive strategic discussions: Conduct strategic discussions and maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and a focus on results.
• Lead projects: Lead end-to-end strategic projects, ensuring alignment across all involved areas with direct impact on business results.
• Monitor performance: Monitor key performance indicators and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare leadership materials: Build executive materials and presentations for leadership, facilitating strategic forums and meetings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed higher education with previous experience in strategy, commercial development, planning, or consulting.
• Experience: Prior experience with go-to-market initiatives and/or channel development, along with experience leading cross-functional strategic projects.
• Skills: Strong analytical capability and data proficiency (advanced Excel and/or BI tools), knowledge of market tools and databases (IQVIA, Nielsen, Scantech, Geomapping, Power BI), strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead discussions and resolve conflicts with diverse stakeholders.
• Bonus: Post-graduate degree or MBA is desirable.
