Responsibilities
Position Purpose
This internship role is designed to support the Americas Retail FX business in delivering best-in-class client service, trade support, and market & commercial insight across spot FX and related products. Working collaboratively with Commercial Management, Relationship Management, Sales, Trading, and Operations, the intern will be instrumental in:
- Preparing client activity reports.
- Monitoring trading activity and risk flags.
- Assisting with onboarding and KYC documentation.
- Maintaining CRM hygiene.
- Troubleshooting platform and pricing inquiries.
The role offers hands-on understanding of the retail trading space – from pre-trade onboarding preparation and relationship management of HNW clientele – while reinforcing our stringent standards for conduct, control, and client outcomes. Success in this role is measured by timely, accurate support that enhances client experience, strengthens pipeline conversion, and enables the desk to operate with speed, rigor, and transparency.
Job Responsibilities
- Onboard prospective clients who have submitted live account applications via outbound calls and emails.
- Address Not-In-Good-Order (NIGO) applications and guide clients through KYC requirements.
- Educate clients on FOREX.com’s trading platforms, tools, and product offerings (FX and CFDs).
- Provide guidance on funding options, platform navigation, and basic trade execution.
- Track client acquisition metrics and create reporting via CRM systems.
- Prepare daily trading activity reports to identify missed opportunities and churn risk.
- Utilize Power BI dashboards to provide analytics and insights of business performance.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, other financial tools, and programming languages.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

Early Careers Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program.
- Graduating between December 2026 and August 2027 (entering penultimate year of university).
- Available for a June 2026 start date for an 8 – 10-week program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel).
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
