About the Internship: Alliance Management Marketing Intern

This internship offers a fast-paced, dynamic experience working across Disney’s business units (Disney Experiences, Disney Media Group, The Walt Disney Studios, and Disney Consumer Products). The intern will contribute to various aspects of managing corporate alliances, working directly with the Alliance Manager.

Responsibilities:

Brainstorming and Initiative Leading: Develop new and innovative ideas and lead their implementation.
Industry Knowledge: Gain exposure to diverse industries, including technology, retail, and food & beverage.
Collaboration: Work closely with key contacts within partner companies and across Disney departments.
Social Media Strategy: Develop social media strategy and content, managing an editorial calendar.
Marketing Activation Support: Contribute to the execution of marketing activations.
Presentation & Reporting: Create presentation decks, compile reports, and prepare meeting recaps.
Compliance: Conduct compliance checks and audits within Disney Parks and Resorts.

Required Currently pursuings & Skills:

Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Project management skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Prior internship/education experience in marketing or project management
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Creative problem-solving abilities; positive, proactive, and adaptable

Preferred Currently pursuings:

• Proficiency in Keynote (presentation software)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in social media strategy and content development

Education Requirements:

• Junior or senior year preferred
• Major in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Social Media, Public Relations, Finance, Business Analysis, or a related field

Program Dates & Other Information:

The internship runs from approximately June 2025 to January 2026, requiring a full-time commitment (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 9 am to 6 pm PT). The intern will need to secure their own housing in the Burbank, CA area and provide reliable transportation to Burbank and Anaheim, CA (for park audits). The hourly pay rate is $22.00, with potential for select benefits.
