ALLEX Rotational Program Participant – Finance | Air Liquide

The Tone:
This is a rotational program for college students at Air Liquide, primarily located in Houston, TX, with flexibility for relocation across the US. Air Liquide is a world leader in gases, technologies, and services for industry and health, operating in 80 countries with approximately 66,000 employees. This role is designed to introduce participants to the industrial gas industry and accelerate the development of critical industry knowledge, practical skills, and hands-on experience, preparing them for a full-time position within the organization.

• Pay: $70000–$90000 yearly
• Mission: To introduce college students to Air Liquide and the industrial gas industry through accelerated development and hands-on experience in Finance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Engage in three distinct eight-month job assignments to build foundational industry and functional expertise.
• Participate in rotations across Technical, Operations, Project, or Business functions, with a specific focus on Finance.
• Collaborate with diverse teams throughout the organization to gain comprehensive business exposure.
• Tackle challenging projects that drive innovation and encourage creative problem-solving.
• Develop critical industry knowledge, practical skills, and hands-on experience vital for a future full-time role.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, with an expected graduation of May 2027.
• Experience: Previous Co-op or Intern Experience Required. Minimum cumulative overall GPA of 3.2 (on a 4.0 scale). Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Must be open and flexible to relocate anywhere in the US during and post program, with a willingness and desire to travel and remain mobile.
• Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, including the ability to analyze data. Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize workload, self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Able to work with all levels of employees and management, and comfortable working within ambiguity.
• Bonus: Experience in the industrial gas industry.
