Job Description:

Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment Team and contribute to the success of the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program. As an ALIS/MPE Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting JSF operations by ensuring the integrity of data stored within the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) and the Mission Planning Environment (MPE).

Responsibilities:

• Interact daily with users and ALIS/LM leadership
• Maintain system/database/software/firewall/account security and monitoring
• Ensure smooth and secure operation of multi-user computer systems in collaboration with peers, Tier 2 support, and engineers.
• Handle laptop re-imaging, troubleshooting, and account maintenance
• Regularly monitor systems/applications for availability and performance
• Train ALIS Administrators, Mission Planning Environment Administrators, and users on the ALIS system
• Perform COMSEC CRO duties and train others in COMSEC
• Support pilots in Mission Planning/Debriefing and identify/resolve system shortfalls

Qualifications:

Secret security clearance or higher with investigation within the last 6 years.
• Ability to obtain and retain DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA) within 60 days of hire.
IT experience in any combination of system/database/network/mission planning administration.
Flexibility to work at deployed CONUS/OCONUS locations, support rotating shifts, and work over 40 hours per week (including weekends) as dictated by mission requirements.

Desired Skills:

• Experience troubleshooting applications
• Account Maintenance with Active Directory/Oracle/CRM
• Disaster recovery: backups and restores of physical servers, virtual machines, databases, and network equipment
• Virtual Machine Management Service (Hyper-V / VMware)
• Maintaining/upgrading system hardware and startup/shutdown of rack components
• Applying updates, anti-virus/anti-spyware updates, and patch updates
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux System Administrator
• Importing/Exporting large data volumes
• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin products and processes, including the JSF ALIS hardware and software
• COMSEC Experience
• Military Flight Operations & Planning Processes
• Experience working for or supporting the US military/Foreign Military
• A US DoD Top Secret Clearance

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Layton, Utah, USA. Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules.
