Job Description: AI Transformation Specialist

Channel Factory seeks an AI Transformation Specialist to lead operational excellence through the adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies across all departments (Media Planning, Finance, Product, Sales, etc.). This role will work directly with senior leadership and frontline teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Enterprise-Wide AI+ Transformation: Define and execute the company-wide AI operational transformation strategy, moving departments from “+AI” (AI as an add-on) to “AI+” (AI as a core operating mode).
Identify High-Impact Opportunities: Map workflows in various departments (Product, Ad Ops, Sales, HR, Customer Success, Finance) suitable for automation or augmentation with GenAI, prioritizing initiatives based on effort-impact analysis, value streams, and stakeholder readiness.
Operationalize AI Use Cases: Define use-case briefs, build proof-of-concept pilots (using internal or external AI partners), and support implementation. Examples include GenAI co-pilots for campaign planning, automated client QBR generation, real-time language localization, and an internal knowledge assistant.
Drive Change Management: Champion the “AI+ mindset” through training programs, workshops, and by establishing a network of departmental AI Champions to scale adoption.
Ensure Responsible Use & Governance: Collaborate with Legal, IT, and Security to embed privacy, data handling, and risk review protocols into all GenAI deployments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in operations, consulting, program management, or business transformation (e.g., Ops Lead in tech, strategy consultant with AI transformation experience).
• Track record of cross-functional program delivery.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product).
• Demonstrated experience deploying GenAI tools in practical workflows. (Coding experience not required, but understanding of scoping and leading AI projects is essential).
• Deep familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, Airtable AI, etc.
• Strong communication and influence skills. Ability to lead workshops, coach VPs, and align executives with frontline teams.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 15% annually.
