AI Strategist (Paid Internship) Job Description:

Moskinto USA is seeking an AI Strategist (Paid Internship) to lead AI innovation within their fast-growing consumer brand. This part-time role, located in Dallas, TX, offers a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with the founder and implement cutting-edge AI tools to transform sales, marketing, and growth.

As the “AI Pioneer,” you will be empowered to automate workflows, generate leads, create content, and scale successful initiatives using AI. The core focus areas of this internship include:

• AI-Driven Lead Generation: Utilizing tools like Clay or Apollo to identify and target retail buyers, journalists, influencers, and freelancers.
• CRM + Sales Automation: Enhancing the HubSpot CRM with automations, lead scoring, and AI-based workflows.
• Content Creation: Leveraging GPTs and other AI tools to generate personalized cold emails, sales decks, and social media posts.
• Market & Retail Intel: Tracking competitor activity, category trends, and buyer feedback using AI research assistants.
• Workflow Prototyping: Experimenting with new tools and automations to scale outreach, simplify reporting, and reduce friction.
• Leadership’s Right Hand: Participating in strategic calls and weekly check-ins to share results and contribute to roadmap decisions.

The ideal candidate will be a current university student with a passion for emerging technologies and a desire to solve real-world business challenges. Required skills include hands-on familiarity with AI tools like GPT-4, Clay, Notion, HubSpot, or Zapier, excellent writing and communication skills, and a bias for action. Bonus points for experience with e-commerce, Shopify, CRM automations, or the CPG industry.
