Description: AI Strategic Intern
Location: Kohler, WI
Mode: hybrid
This internship offers a unique opportunity to:
• Gain hands-on experience implementing AI solutions within a large, established company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement AI models and prototypes: Assist in the development and deployment of AI solutions to address real-world business challenges within Enterprise and Strategic Intelligence.
• Develop AI strategies: Support the creation of AI strategies that align with the company’s goals.
• Analyze large datasets: Gather, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for AI implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with teams from different departments to explore and implement AI solutions.
• Create documentation and reports: Document AI strategies, project progress, and results. Provide recommendations for future initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date on AI developments: Continuously learn about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the AI space.
Skills & Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and tools: Experience with Python, TensorFlow, Keras, or similar is preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills: Proficiency with Excel, Python, R, or other relevant software is necessary.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities: Ability to analyze complex data and propose innovative AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Legally authorized to work in the US: This position does not offer sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits:
• hourly rate: $23.98 – $29.98 (dependent on experience and location)
