Job Description: AI Product & Systems Engineer
Hundred Health is seeking an AI Product & Systems Engineer to accelerate the development and quality of their AI services and integrate them into their tech stack (AWS, Next.js/TRPC, NestJS, Postgres, S3).
Responsibilities:
• Rapidly prototype, validate, and enhance AI-driven features integrated with the cloud-native AWS backend.
• Optimize AI data workflows, seamlessly interfacing with TRPC (Next.js) and NestJS APIs.
• Drive continuous improvement through rigorous testing, monitoring, and iteration of AI model performance and reliability.
• Innovate using advanced prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and frontier AI models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with front-end (React/Next.js) and mobile (React Native) engineering teams.
• Document and communicate key insights and improvements.
Impact:
• Launch and enhance AI protocols rapidly, ensuring integration excellence with backend infrastructure.
• Guarantee accuracy, transparency, and robustness in all AI-driven outputs.
• Remove bottlenecks, uncover opportunities, and consistently elevate Hundred Health’s AI capabilities.
Requirements:
• Hands-on, solutions-driven engineer.
• Skilled in cloud-native architectures (AWS), APIs (TRPC, NestJS), and databases (Postgres, S3).
• Experienced in deploying, optimizing, and scaling AI workflows.
• Proficient in model monitoring, advanced prompt engineering, RAG, and frontier AI technologies.
• A proactive communicator.
