Job Description: AI Product Intern

Job Summary:

The AI Product Intern at Adaptive Security will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s growth and customer satisfaction. The primary objective of this position is to assist in scaling product operations across sales and customer success initiatives, while simultaneously working to enhance the overall product experience for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-sales Support: Drive the pre-sales process, including account provisioning and demo preparation, through close coordination with the Inside Sales, Sales, and Product teams.
• Process Development: Build and implement scalable processes that streamline operations across product, pre-sales, and post-sales functions.
• AI Model Experimentation: Conduct experiments with leading AI models and prompts to identify and implement improvements that enhance the product experience for end customers.
• Content Development: Contribute to the creation and development of content specifically for Adaptive Security’s “Adaptive Training” product.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with the Go-to-Market (GTM) team to ensure both prospective and current customers receive the best possible Adaptive product experience.

Qualifications (Required):

• Education: Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s (BA) degree from a 4-year university.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence: Demonstrated interest and practical experience working with leading AI models.
• Extremely Detail-Oriented: A proven history of going above and beyond on projects, paying meticulous attention to even minor details.
• Obsessed with Improvement: Possesses an enthusiasm for making marginal, continuous improvements on a daily basis.
• Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively prioritize the most critical tasks.
• Adaptability: Comfort with fast-paced environments and the rapidly changing landscapes typical of high-growth startups.
• Team Player: Eager to work within a collaborative environment, actively learning from team members, and contributing to overall team success.
