This role is designed for an individual who will play a key role in shaping how knowledge flows within Lila Sciences, primarily by leveraging AI tools.

Your Impact at Lila:
The central goal of this position is to empower teams across the company to operate more efficiently, collaboratively, and scalably. This will be achieved by:
• Standardizing documentation practices.
• Creating AI-ready templates.
• Making critical information easily discoverable throughout the organization.
Ultimately, your contributions will enable teams to move faster, collaborate smarter, and scale with confidence.

What You’ll Be Building:
You will work in close collaboration with the Automation and Applied AI teams. The primary responsibilities and projects include:
• Developing and building AI-ready templates.
• Creating and subsequently training a documentation-creating AI agent.
• Focusing on surfacing knowledge to Agentic AI.
These efforts are aimed at establishing faster, more consistent documentation practices that can scale seamlessly with Lila’s growth, thereby significantly improving efficiency for teams across all departments.

What You’ll Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications):
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
• Familiarity with AI tools specifically for content generation, summarization, or knowledge management.
• Experience with documentation management and version control systems, such as Git, Confluence, Notion, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and consistency in all communications.
• A proven ability to work cross-functionally and effectively translate complex technical concepts into accessible and understandable resources for diverse audiences.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
