What You’ll Actually Do
• Workflow Automation: Build and optimize AI-driven marketing workflows across email, social, outbound, and content channels.
• Efficiency Enhancement: Utilize AI tools and other automation platforms to improve overall marketing efficiency.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify and implement opportunities for improved conversion and engagement.
• Data Management: Help manage and clean marketing data, including CRM, lead lists, campaign tracking, and influencer lists.
• Content Quality Assurance: Review, edit, and refine AI-generated content across channels, acting as the final “taste check” for messaging, tone, and clarity.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Strong interest in AI, marketing, and startups, with a foundational understanding of marketing funnels, growth, or operations.
• Experience: Comfortable using advanced AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) beyond basic prompting.
• Skills: Strong judgment and taste in content, messaging, and brand voice; highly resourceful with the ability to figure things out independently; strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly.
• Bonus: Ability to speak Mandarin; a strong point of view on what constitutes ‘good’ versus ‘generic’ content; prior experience editing or improving AI-generated content; experience running a newsletter, social account, or community; curiosity about PLG, B2C growth, or AI startups.
