What You’ll Actually Do
• Integrate: Embed yourself into client and internal workflows to ensure data-driven insights are a vital part of AI agent analysis and decision-making.
• Produce: Create custom, timely data reports and visualizations that offer expert analysis for internal product teams and external clients.
• Communicate: Handle data-related requests promptly and satisfactorily, communicating complex findings in an effective, consistent, and professional manner.
• Collaborate: Work regularly with team members and report to a manager to refine data models and enhance agent performance.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This early career position is open to recent graduates or entry-level professionals with 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical field. Candidates must possess a strong foundational knowledge of statistics, data analysis methodologies, and the logical frameworks underpinning AI and machine learning systems.
• Experience: Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to explain complex data trends and findings clearly to both technical product teams and non-technical external clients effectively and consistently.
• Skills: Essential technical and domain skills include a deep understanding of statistical principles, various data analysis methodologies, and the logical underpinnings of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include previous internship or project experience in a data analyst, support staffer, or researcher capacity, specifically within a tech environment or an AI-focused company. Candidates with proven experience in working with analytics to provide practical and digestible insights gleaned from complex data sets will be highly valued. Technical proficiencies such as coding in languages like Python or R, experience with data modeling, and practical knowledge of database management using SQL are also strongly preferred.
