As a Data Analyst, you will be crucial in integrating data insights into the core of their AI agent analysis and product decision-making, helping manage the entire lifecycle from prototype to production for these business-facing agents. Your work will directly influence how Jobright.ai refines its offerings, ensuring a data-driven approach guides the development of its AI-driven job search solutions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Integrate: Embed data-driven insights directly into client and internal workflows to ensure they are a vital part of AI agent analysis and critical decision-making processes.
• Report: Produce custom, timely data reports and visualizations that provide expert analysis, tailored for both internal product teams and external clients.
• Communicate: Handle all data-related requests promptly and satisfactorily, consistently communicating complex findings in an effective and professional manner to various stakeholders.
• Collaborate: Work regularly with a manager and other team members to refine existing data models and continuously improve AI agent performance and capabilities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate or an entry-level professional (0-2 years of experience) with a strong foundation in data analysis or a related technical field, possessing deep knowledge of statistics, data analysis methodologies, and the logical frameworks underpinning AI and machine learning.
• Experience: Proven experience working with analytics to extract practical and digestible insights from complex data sets, demonstrating the ability to contribute from day one.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for explaining intricate data trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, complemented by technical abilities such as coding (Python/R), data modeling, and database management (SQL).
• Bonus: Previous internship or significant project experience as a data analyst, support staffer, or researcher within a tech environment or an AI-focused company.
