Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of specific AI agent features, encompassing initial ideation, requirement gathering, launch, and continuous iteration.
- Analyze user feedback, market trends, and product metrics to effectively define and prioritize the product backlog.
- Create detailed wireframes, user stories, and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that effectively bridge the gap between user needs and technical execution.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate that our AI agents are successfully solving real-world career challenges.
Qualifications
Required
- Recent graduate or entry-level professional with 0–2 years of experience.
- Possesses a degree in Business, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for AI technology and holds a baseline understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents function.
- Exhibits exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ‘the why’ behind product decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Shows high levels of dependability and possesses the organizational skills necessary to manage multiple moving parts in an early-stage startup environment.
- Must live in and be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred
- Previous internship experience in product management, project management, or within a startup environment.
- Experience with design and prototyping tools (such as Figma or Balsamiq) and agile project management software (such as Jira or Linear).
- Demonstrated ability to transform ambiguous problems into clear, actionable product roadmaps.
