Job description:
Bitovi is seeking a candidate to help their team of Software Development Consultants effectively leverage AI tools to increase productivity and deliver value to clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for using AI tools to boost software development productivity and possess experience in various areas of software engineering (Frontend, Backend, DevOps). The role involves researching, evaluating, and piloting AI tools related to code completion, testing, code review, and documentation. Responsibilities include staying current on AI/LLM trends, benchmarking tools, developing training resources, and conducting internal and public training sessions. The candidate should be strongly motivated, able to work autonomously, receptive to feedback, and possess excellent communication skills. Bonus points for research experience, critical evaluation skills, and an advanced degree. In addition to client work, Bitovi developers can contribute to the company’s growth through speaking at conferences, running meetups, maintaining open-source projects, and writing articles.
