About the Role:

As an AI Architecture Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our Solution Architects by designing and delivering essential material. Your primary contribution will be to develop repeatable architectural blueprints, whitepapers, assets, and accelerators, forming a vital ‘library’ of reusable content. This material will specifically highlight solutions leveraging AI and Agentic AI for products, demonstrating their role in future deliverables. Your scope will extend beyond our core Automation Portfolio, encompassing critical related areas such as Data, Sustainability, and Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help to design and deliver required material to feed into the solution architecture process.
• Develop blueprint material highlighting repeatable architectural solutions.
• Ensure produced content covers AI, Agentic AI for products, and its future role across the Automation Portfolio and related areas like Data, Sustainability, and Security.
• Collaborate with Engineers to feed information into the content development process.
• Develop and maintain a ‘library’ of reusable material in the form of whitepapers, assets, and accelerators.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Demonstrable background (courses or work experience) in LLM AI models and platforms (e.g., watsonx.ai).
• Proven background (courses or work experience) with conversational and agentic AI.
• Solid background (courses or work experience) with software development, specifically Java.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and pain points, with the capability to apply AI effectively to address them.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

• Proficiency with Data Science and traditional AI/ML modeling evaluation (classification, regression).
• Understanding of AI Governance principles and practices.
• Prior experience in solution architectures.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree
