Job Description:
This internship is designed for international students who are passionate about starting their career in AI Application Solutions. As an intern at Omniskope, you’ll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge Gen AI and CRM automation technologies within a dynamic and innovative setting. You will collaborate with experienced professionals to develop intelligent Salesforce Agentforce solutions that address real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities (Detailed):
• Training: Complete foundational training in Google Cloud (Level 100-200) and Salesforce Agentforce Gen AI trails to build a strong understanding of the underlying technologies.
• Collaboration and Design: Work closely with Senior Architects to design, test, and refine Gen AI prompts and workflows, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
• Development: Assist in the development of intelligent Salesforce Agents tailored for specific use cases across sales, service, and the public sector.
• Technology Exposure: Gain practical experience with key Salesforce technologies, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Google AI Cloud, expanding your technical skillset.
• Configuration and Automation: Support the configuration of CRM workflows and automation tools within the Salesforce ecosystem, such as Salesforce Flow and Process Builder.
Preferred Qualifications (Detailed):
• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• CRM Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Technology Exposure: Familiarity with AI, cloud technologies, and automation tools is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address technical challenges.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Teamwork and Adaptability: Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
