Job Description: Ag Experience Internship (Transportation Division)

This is a full-time, 12-week, paid internship designed to provide a unique “Ag Experience” tailored to your degree program and personal interests. The internship specifically highlights experience within the Transportation division.

Key Responsibilities & Activities:
Support & Learning: Support farmers and ranchers in our communities. You will be paired with a summer mentor from the Transportation division who will direct, challenge, and teach you about MFA and its operations, particularly within the Transportation division.
Project Completion: Complete and present a specific project outlined by your mentor at the conclusion of the summer.
Company Policy Adherence: Perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with established company policy.
Cultural Immersion:
• Participate in exciting trips to various MFA locations for tours and learning experiences.
• Engage in community service opportunities to give back to communities and bond with the team.
• Build long-lasting relationships through shared experiences and social activities with fellow interns.
• Create lasting memories beyond everyday work with your intern cohort.

Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate of Applied Sciences Degree.
