This is a hybrid internship opportunity for an Advocacy Marketing Intern within the Dassault Systèmes’ ENOVIA User Advocacy Marketing team, located in Waltham, MA.

Role Overview:
As an intern, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE & ENOVIA solutions, understand its user community, learn about the global customer and selling ecosystem, and identify key drivers of success. Your primary role will be to assist in the execution of various marketing initiatives, from raising awareness to actively engaging with passionate ENOVIA user advocates.

Key Responsibilities & Projects:
You will work closely with a team of professionals to plan, deliver, and report on targeted ENOVIA User Community programs, content, communications, and events. Your involvement will span diverse projects, including:

Content Creation: Developing and creating memorable deliverables such as newsletters, promotional materials, social media content, user interviews, and videos.
Event Coordination: Assisting in the coordination and successful delivery of both in-person and online user events.
Special Projects: Participating in unique initiatives like exploring next-generation user community engagement best practices and contributing to the annual year-end user champions celebration video.
Program Support: Providing operational support for ENOVIA’s Champions Program, which includes data capture, reporting, and analysis.

Internship Details:

Type: Paid internship.
Hours: 20-24 hours per week.
Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid work model expected).
Duration: September to December, with a strong possibility of extension into 2026.
Compensation: The total expected compensation range is $21 – $24 per hour, commensurate with experience. This represents the base salary or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation, and potentially includes target bonus components.

Qualifications:

Education:
• Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program.
• Concentrations in areas such as Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Business Analytics, Digital, Branding, or Strategy.
• Minimum GPA of 3.1.
Technical Skills:
Highly skilled with MS Office software applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Adept at and open to learning new software tools and platforms, including daily use of the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform and leading AI Solutions like Grammarly and Jasper.
• Savvy with video and digital content creation, with notable proficiency using leading tools such as CANVA and Camtasia. Proficiency with Adobe Premier and After Effects is a significant plus.

Communication: Ability to deliver messages clearly and concisely to varied audiences; possessing excellent English business writing and verbal skills.
