It operates with a leadership team and contributes to creative and media planning for its clients. The agency is also involved in producing a weekly podcast, highlighting its diverse communication channels.

Job Description
This is a semester-long, in-office internship requiring 16 hours per week. It presents an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn the fundamentals of the advertising world from seasoned industry professionals within a dynamic and expanding agency.

Key Responsibilities:
Research & Analysis: Learn and conduct consumer research studies. Analyze results from both primary and secondary research data. Synthesize findings to provide valuable insights that inspire and support creative and media planning initiatives.
Content Development: Create original content for both the agency itself and its diverse range of clients. This involves leveraging audience and industry insights to develop compelling narratives and materials.
Leadership Collaboration: Work directly with Bigeye’s leadership team, actively participating in conducting research, accurately capturing data, and contributing to the development of new content.
Podcast Support: Assist significantly in the planning, production, and promotion of the agency’s weekly podcast, gaining exposure to audio content creation and marketing.

Qualifications:
