Job Description:
South College is seeking a full-time employee who is focused on transforming the lives of students. The role involves actively participating in all steps of the enrollment process and providing accurate information about the college and its programs.
Key responsibilities include:
• Welcoming students and assisting them through the enrollment process (required paperwork, qualifications, campus tours, financial aid, and obtaining schedules).
• Providing accurate information about the college and its programs.
• Assisting students in selecting programs of study based on professional judgement, test scores, and transcripts.
• Qualifying applicants for admission based on college requirements.
• Making required phone calls, following up with applicants, generating referrals, and performing other daily activities to achieve departmental objectives.
• Consistently performing activities that support individual and team admissions processes by following policies and procedures.
• Ensuring adherence to the approved annual departmental budget.
• Providing feedback to department managers to improve the overall quality and efficiency of the admissions department.
