Compensation: $14.25 – $15.00 per hour

1. Park Services & Event Operations – Administration (Payroll, Training, & Compliance)

Compensation: $14.25/hour

As an Administrative Intern with the Park Services and Event Operations Team, you will gain unparalleled exposure by immersing yourself in the critical staff management functions for our expansive Park Services and Event Operations Departments. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand the intricacies of workforce management within a large-scale entertainment venue.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Workforce Management Support: Actively assist with staffing assignments, scheduling logistics, and accurate payroll processing for a large and diverse operational team, contributing directly to efficient workforce deployment.
  • International Program Engagement: Provide crucial support for the BridgeUSA J-1 Visa Program, gaining invaluable insight into international staffing practices, cultural exchange initiatives, and global talent integration.
  • Onboarding & Development: Play a key role in supporting department-specific orientation sessions and ongoing training programs for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and foundational understanding of departmental standards.
  • Associate Support & Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for associates, providing direct, in-person and over-the-phone service. You will assist with inquiries regarding scheduling, pay discrepancies, and company policies, honing your communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Compliance & Policy Exposure: Gain practical exposure to essential labor law compliance and internal workplace policies, understanding their application in a real-world operational context.
  • Team Recognition & Engagement: Help manage and execute various incentive programs and team recognition efforts, contributing to a positive and motivated work environment.

2. Revenue Operations – Administration (Payroll, Training & Compliance)

Compensation: $15.00/hour

As a Revenue Operations Administrative Intern, you will acquire practical experience in critical HR systems, comprehensive associate support, and vital compliance procedures. You will play an integral role in welcoming and integrating new team members into our fast-paced revenue-generating departments.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Associate Support & Inquiry Resolution: Provide direct, high-quality service to associates in-person and over the phone, adeptly assisting with questions related to scheduling, pay, and adherence to company policies.
  • New Hire Onboarding Specialist: Actively assist in planning and facilitating engaging department orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and informative onboarding experience.
  • International Program Facilitation: Support the BridgeUSA J-1 Visa Program, gaining exposure to the unique challenges and rewards of international staffing and promoting cultural exchange within the workforce.
  • Operational Support & Problem-Solving: Learn to effectively manage diverse associate inquiries and provide comprehensive support for day-to-day revenue operations in a dynamic, high-volume environment, developing strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications for All Internship Tracks:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Currently attending an accredited college or university.
  • Commitment to work a minimum of 8 weeks between May 1st and August 31st.
  • Availability Requirements:
    • Minimum of 4 days per week of full availability.
    • 2 of the 4 days must include either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.
    • Work a minimum average of 32 hours per week.
  • Ability to attend all required professional development events.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet dynamic business needs.
  • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
  • Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
