Internship Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk/Assistant Intern to provide essential support to AIB Network’s leadership and staff with critical day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support robust document organization and enhance office systems management to maintain efficiency.
  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, responding professionally to emails, and warmly greeting visitors.
  • Help process both incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program (preferred, but all enthusiastic applicants considered).
  • Demonstrated interest in nonprofit management, communications, media production, or related fields.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is a significant advantage.
