What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Processing: Process all real estate listings, contracts, and closings for agents.
• Financial Administration: Manage the processing of Realtor commission checks.
• Office Management: Maintain an organized, stocked office environment and manage supply inventory.
• Stakeholder Relations: Greet agents and clients, and provide support for office events.
• General Support: Handle general administrative duties including answering phones, filing, and data entry.
