What You’ll Actually Do
• HR Coordination: Coordinate a variety of human resources activities, including recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and other essential administrative tasks related to staffing.
• Record Management: Perform accurate data entry, meticulous filing, and thorough document proofreading to ensure the maintenance of precise and highly organized records for all departments.
• Operational Support: Offer comprehensive administrative support to leadership and various team members, actively working to streamline day-to-day operations and improve workflow efficiency.
• Office Logistics: Manage core office tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating complex calendars for multiple individuals, and making comprehensive travel arrangements.
• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding and professional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
• Executive Assistance: Provide direct assistance to the President, as needed, to support critical executive functions and contribute to special projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. Candidates should possess a creative and design background, coupled with a solid familiarity with general office operations and established procedures.
• Experience: Proven experience in administrative support roles is required. This includes proficiency in managing inbound calls, performing receptionist duties, and demonstrating strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Candidates must also exhibit excellent organizational and time-management abilities, a high level of professionalism, and keen attention to detail. Familiarity with Adobe and Canva is also required.
