This boutique immigration law practice focuses on providing specialized legal services to its clients. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in the daily operations, directly supporting the attorney and ensuring smooth client interactions. • Type: Part-time – 24 hours per week, 6 hour shifts, 4 days a week
• Location: In-person, Las Vegas, Nevada
• Pay: $18 hourly
• Team: Reports directly to the attorney.
• Mission: To provide essential bilingual administrative and client support to the attorney, ensuring efficient operation and positive client experiences within a boutique immigration law practice.
• Tech Stack: Basic computer skills, new software (willingness to learn)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Service & Scheduling: Professionally answer and return phone calls, greet and assist clients in person, and schedule consultations and appointments.
• Document & Office Management: Scan, organize, and maintain client files and documents, while also assisting with routine office administration and record keeping.
• Marketing & Outreach: Help create and manage social media content, and support video marketing and online outreach projects.
• Project Support: Provide assistance for various ad-hoc projects as needed, contributing to the overall practice operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an early career, entry-level position. No prior legal experience is required, making it ideal for recent high school graduates, college students, or early-career professionals eager to learn.
• Experience: Candidates should possess basic computer skills and a strong willingness to learn new software and gain firsthand exposure to immigration law, client relations, office management, and marketing.
• Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential. Candidates must be friendly, professional, comfortable interacting with people, organized, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
