Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the firm, providing essential administrative assistance to the owner and collaborating with the property management team. Opportunity Details
- Type: Contract to Hire
- Schedule: Part-Time (approx. 18 hours/week)
- Location: Charlotte, NC
- Pay: $17 – $21 per hour
- Working Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner, including notetaking during meetings and various discussions.
- Efficiently manage and organize appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining an organized schedule.
- Draft, proofread, and respond to emails on behalf of the owner, maintaining professional and timely communication.
- Assist with essential bookkeeping duties, including writing deposits and meticulously maintaining financial records.
- Act as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, effectively fielding calls, addressing concerns, and escalating issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Offer robust calendar management support, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and providing timely reminders to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate closely with the property manager to gain a thorough understanding of their role and be prepared to provide coverage and support as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience, specifically supporting management groups or executive-level personnel, with responsibilities similar to those listed above.
- Ability to commit to a part-time schedule, working 3 days per week as outlined.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for essential administrative tasks.
