Job Description: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate thrives with minimal supervision, excels in coordinating complex schedules across multiple time zones, and is comfortable managing logistics for international meetings and travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars (Outlook), scheduling meetings, prioritizing competing demands, and anticipating scheduling needs.
  • Processing invoices (Markview).
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports (Oracle).
  • Drafting internal announcements and communications.
  • Providing backup support for administrative counterparts.
  • Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Supporting special projects and operation needs as assigned.
  • Collaborate closely with the team’s Executive Assistant to ensure smooth operations and effective support for leadership.

Salary/Rate:

$22/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/week.

  • If you prefer a non-AI interview format, we will gladly provide an alternative.

Technical or Case Interviews (Role-Dependent):

When applying for certain tech jobs, you may participate in:

  • A technical interview.
  • A coding challenge.
  • A case study.
  • A client-specific assessment.

We will always explain what to expect in advance so you can prepare with confidence.

Human Review & Selection:
