Administration Department Intern
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Administration department as an Intern. This role involves performing a responsible level of clerical and technical work, providing essential support and assisting with various administrative details to ensure smooth departmental operations. The successful candidate will be expected to exercise considerable initiative and sound judgment, demonstrating a proactive approach in performing office and administrative duties, and in staying informed of departmental policies, rules, and regulations.

- Handle general administrative duties, including proficiently managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and executing basic office support tasks.
- Screen and manage incoming communications by expertly handling incoming calls and e-mails, providing information for routine inquiries, accurately taking messages, and referring matters to the appropriate person and/or department.
- Perform general clerical tasks with precision, such as systematic filing, accurate data entry, and meticulous record keeping.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all tasks, perform duties in a consistently professional manner, and demonstrate excellent punctuality and attendance.

Required Education/Experience:
- Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in college with coursework applicable to Legal studies.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
