This is a temporary summer internship at Corebridge Financial, with positions available in Houston, TX, Jersey City, NJ, and Woodland Hills, CA. The TL;DR

• Team: Actuarial team, including Finance Actuaries and Portfolio Analytics and Pricing Actuaries
• Mission: Drive business results through expertise in quantitative analysis, insurance pricing, loss reserving, and risk quantification.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Valuation: Perform reserving and valuation of liabilities for Corebridge Financial’s major regulated insurance operating companies.
• Capital Assessment: Assess the soundness of regulatory and rating agency capital, evaluating insurance capital needs for the enterprise.
• Pricing & Analytics: Conduct technical pricing, product development analytics, and performance monitoring and measurement for business lines.
• Risk Quantification: Apply expertise in loss reserving and risk quantification to drive financial results.
• Business Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and financial management to achieve specific business objectives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidate for a bachelor’s or master’s degree, to be received no later than August 2029, maintaining a minimum grade point average of 3.2.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong academic and extracurricular achievement, with a requirement to complete one or more Actuarial Exam(s) by December 2026.
• Skills: Possess solid analytical and quantitative skills, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
