Requirements:

• Educational Background & Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Accountancy, Management, Media Studies, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Public Relations, or Management Consulting.
  • Strong preference for candidates who have successfully passed at least two (2) actuarial exams.
• Experience:
  • Demonstrated relevant prior internship experience within the actuarial domain.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Excel VBA, R, and Python.
• Key Skills & Professional Attributes:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, grounded in a strong academic foundation in business and/or technology, with a demonstrated ability to evaluate complex issues and develop effective, customer-centric solutions.
  • A purpose-driven and growth-oriented professional, eager to learn and possessing a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven ability to innovate, adapt, and strategically leverage technology to drive meaningful change in dynamic business environments and positively influence global and domestic business operations.
• Travel & Logistics:
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including beyond your primary work location, based on client and project demands. This may involve working hours in excess of standard.
  • Possession of reliable transportation to/from the office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended due to potential limited availability of ride-share and public transportation in various locations.
