Key Responsibilities (Inferred from requirements):

  • Engage in clear and effective interactions with team members and clients, providing exceptional service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or greater in Accountancy, Management, Media Studies, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Public Relations, Management Consulting, Accounting, Finance, MIS, or other business-related fields.
  • Actuarial Exams: A strong preference for candidates who have successfully passed at least two actuarial exams.
  • Experience: Relevant prior internship experience in the actuarial field.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with team members and clients.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Excel VBA, R, Python).
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities:
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong academic foundation in business and/or technology.
    • Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex issues and develop effective solutions with a customer-centric mindset.

  • Mobility & Travel:
    • Access to reliable transportation to/from the office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride-share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations.
    • The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. Travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
