What You’ll Actually Do
• Instruction: Provide personalized, in-depth online instruction to individual students tailored to their specific needs and goals.
• Support: Accept on-demand tutoring requests whenever available, offering immediate support to students.
• Content Delivery: Apply advanced math content mastery to comprehensively explain all ACT Math topics, from pre-algebra to trigonometry.
• Strategy Coaching: Guide students through strategic problem-solving techniques, including rapid solution identification, backsolving, and calculator efficiency.
• Adaptive Teaching: Adapt instruction through timed drills, formula sheet creation, and targeted practice to address student weak areas and improve scores.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Deep knowledge across all ACT Math topics, including pre-algebra, elementary algebra, intermediate algebra, coordinate geometry, plane geometry, and trigonometry, with a minimum ACT Math score of 31.
• Experience: Proven methods for ACT Math score improvement and proficiency in explaining material using multiple approaches to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Skills: Advanced math content mastery, strategic problem-solving and speed techniques, test strategy and adaptive instruction capabilities, and effective teaching methods with excellent communication skills.
